Job summary

A premier retail service organization is seeking a Visual Merchandiser to oversee the aesthetic presentation within retail stores. Responsibilities include properly dressing and undressing mannequins, maintaining visual merchandising standards, and documenting product displays. Ideal candidates should have prior visual merchandising experience, be able to move mannequins, and manage photo uploads efficiently. This role requires attention to detail and the ability to lift and climb. Competitive compensation and opportunities for growth are available.

Qualifications

• Prior merchandising and visuals experience; retail experience is a plus.
• Ability to undress and redress mannequins in a timely manner.
• Ability to take/upload approximately 50-75 photos after completing a store visit.
• Ability to climb ladders and move up to 25 pounds.
• Pinning/resizing garments to create a natural tailored look is a must.
• Access to a computer with high-speed internet, printer, and email.

Responsibilities

• Undress/redress bust forms and mannequins.
• Manage the retail floor visuals through merchandising and stock replenishment.
• Follow store policies, including signing in and dress code adherence.
• Provide photos and market intelligence on product placement.
