Job summary

Primark in Bloomington is seeking a Visual Merchandiser who will act as the creative ambassador for store visuals, driving commercial presentation and an engaging customer experience. You will collaborate with the Visual Merchandising Manager and Store Manager to maintain high visual standards, reflect local fashion trends, and refresh displays as needed.

• Strong service focus with experience of delivering excellent customer experience while maintaining high retail standards.
• Strong interest in fashion and the latest trends.

Responsibilities

• Be the creative ambassador for visual merchandising in the store and deliver inspiring brand visuals.
• Partner with Visual Merchandising Manager and Store Manager to exceed customer experience and store environment standards.
• Reflect local customer trends in product presentation, windows, and mannequin styling.
• Review and adapt displays to be commercially successful and refresh with alternatives if pieces are unavailable.
• Champion merchandising best practices and create displays reflecting trends to influence the customer journey.
• Use stock knowledge to support customer queries and provide style advice.
• Provide consultation to colleagues to support the visual proposition across the store.
• Launch new campaigns across the store in line with guidelines and managerial input.
• Support management meetings and team huddles with updates on visual trends and campaigns.
• Maintain pricing tickets, pictures and posters in line with POS guidelines.
