Job summary

Big Sandy Superstore in Florence, KY is seeking a Visual Merchandiser to enhance showroom presentation across furniture, bedding, appliances and home decor. You will translate seasonal concepts into attractive floor sets, maintain accurate pricing and ensure all items are tagged and displayed to maximize appeal.

Work with store management, buyers and the Visual Manager to create welcoming environments, drive traffic and sales through creative merchandising and timely floor resets while

Qualifications

• Experience in sales and decorating in a retail environment.
• Ability to translate concepts into compelling visual displays.
• Familiarity with floor sets, pricing tagging and merchandising across departments.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Store Management, Buyers and Visual Manager to meet corporate and store objectives.
• Create welcoming environments that engage customers and promote products.
• Maintain current pricing, tags, floor samples and POP materials on display.
• Execute floor resets and seasonal merchandising plans on schedule.
• Ensure all furniture and decor are displayed to maximize sales impact.
• Coordinate with Inventory/warehouse to stage items accurately on the floor.
