Brooks Running is seeking a part-time Independent Contractor to manage visual merchandising at local stores. You will set and refresh displays, explain product benefits to store staff, and regularly report outcomes via the ThirdChannel app. You’ll schedule visits and work autonomously to cover your market.

This role offers flexible hours, starting at $25/hour, with video product knowledge sessions and opportunities to grow retail relationships and merchandising expertise.

Scope of Work

• Set and refresh displays. Merchandise Brooks apparel to brand planograms and replenish product so the floor stays full and shoppable.
• Be the brand expert in the store. Share Brooks product features and benefits with store associates and build lasting relationships with store teams.
• Report each visit. Submit a visit report in the ThirdChannel app with before-and-after photos and a short written summary.
• Own your market. Set a monthly visit rhythm for the stores in your area and follow through on it.

Getting Started

• Work can begin as soon as you complete ThirdChannel/Brooks onboarding (contingent on a background check)
• Required: a smartphone with internet access (iOS 15.0+ or Android 10.0+)
