Job summary

Arhaus is seeking a Visual Manager to uphold premier display standards for home furnishings and create engaging product presentations. You will coordinate weekly store transfers and partner with management to keep inventory at optimal levels. Strong merchnadising experience and mobility to relocate displays are essential.

The role requires self-motivation, teamwork, and the ability to work extended hours, travel as needed, and operate basic tools for setup and maintenance.

Qualifications

• Must be self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Ability to manage time and meet deadlines while maintaining showroom standards.
• Experience in visual merchandising and ability to adapt layouts quickly.
• Willingness to travel and work extended hours as needed.
• Comfort with lifting/moving showroom furniture and using basic building tools.

In this exciting yet challenging Visual Manager role, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest visual standards in the home furnishings industry, while presenting a stage in which to display our products.

In addition to creating the experience which is Arhaus Furniture, you will be responsible for weekly store transfers and working with management, ensuring that inventory is maintained at satisfactory levels.

REQUIREMENTS

• Ability to work independently with little supervision/self-motivated.
• Ability to manage time and meet deadlines.
• Ability to work well with others.
• Communication skills - ability to communicate clearly with other departments.
• Previous creative or visual merchandising experience is preferred.
• Some work experience or knowledge in faux finishing and specialty painting.
• Must be willing to travel as needed.
• Must be willing to work extended hours as needed.
• Must be able to move furniture independently around the showroom.
• Must be able to operate most building tools and equipment.
• Must feel comfortable using a ladder.
• Intermediate computer literacy.
• Preferred experience in creating floor plans.
• College degree or job experience in a related field (merchandising, floral design, graphic design, and/or set/stage design).

COMPENSATION

• Hourly/Non-Exempt
• If achieved (depending on store location), eligible for monthly team sales incentives and quarterly bonus
