Job summary
NCBiotech is seeking a Visual Inspection Manager to lead the development and continuous improvement of the site Visual Inspection Program for pharmaceutical manufacturing operations. You will serve as SME during client and regulatory audits, drive CAPA, and partner across manufacturing, quality, and technical teams to ensure product quality and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications
- 7+ years of Pharmaceutical Industry Experience or equivalent.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Pharmaceutical Sciences, Life-Sciences, Engineering, or Project Management).
- Strong understanding of cGMP practices and visual inspection/particulate control.
Responsibilities
- Lead the development, review, and improvement of Visual Inspection Program protocols and documentation.
- Provide SME support during client and regulatory audits.
- Drive CAPA and investigations, root cause analysis, and process improvements.
- Mentor team members and coordinate cross-functional deliverables.
- Oversee validation activities and MVI-to-AVI performance comparisons.
