Job summary

KeenLogic is seeking a Visual Information Specialist to support the Office of the Sergeant at Arms in the United States Senate. This temporary role handles high-volume photography, print fulfillment, metadata tagging, and digital asset management in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include photography and short-form video for hearings and events, print fulfillment, and meticulous archival of assets.

Qualifications

U.S. Citizen.
Experience as a professional photographer or imaging technician.
Proficiency with Adobe Premiere, Lightroom, and print-preparation tools.
Experience managing large volumes of digital imagery and print orders.
Strong metadata tagging, print labeling, and archival processes.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail.
Willing to support extended hours and weekend coverage.

Responsibilities

Perform professional photography and short-form video assignments for the Senate, including hearings, press conferences, and office visits as part of the Daily Imagery Workflow (DIW).
Support the Senate Photographic Services lab by executing high-volume photo print fulfillment operations and manage print orders.
Assist in collecting, organizing, editing, and archiving photographs and video with consistent metadata.
Support time-sensitive imagery edits and uploads for Senate DAM systems.
Deliver edited photographs and short-form video meeting Senate standards.
