Job summary

Faith Baptist Bible College & Theological Seminary is seeking a Visual Digital Designer to shape the digital experience for prospective students, alumni, and the Faith community. This full-time, in-person role in Ankeny, Iowa focuses on marketing and multimedia design that supports enrollment and branding.

You will develop graphics, video, and website content, collaborate with the Marketing team, and maintain WordPress pages with WCAG-based accessibility in mind.

Qualifications

• Associates or bachelor's degree in digital or graphic design; related certification and experience may be considered.
• Portfolio showing digital design, website development, and multimedia production.
• Experience applying visual design and communication principles to marketing projects.

Responsibilities

• Create digital graphics and multimedia content for marketing, recruitment, social media, and events.
• Collaborate with Marketing to support enrollment and alumni engagement.
• Design, update, and maintain WordPress webpages and landing pages.
• Ensure branding, accessibility, and mobile responsiveness across digital content.
• Produce and edit promotional videos, photography, and social media content.
