Job summary

Avive is seeking a talented Visual Designer to join the marketing team and bring a creative vision to life across digital and physical platforms. You will collaborate with marketing, product, and sales to deliver visuals for product launches, educational materials, and partner content.

You will design across digital ads, web, print collateral, emails, and social media, maintaining Avive's brand while ensuring accessibility and impact.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in visual design across digital and print media.
• Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design.
• Experience working within brand guidelines and evolving brand systems.
• Fluency in design software such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere, After Effects).
• Knowledge of motion graphics or interactive design is a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple projects independently and with others to meet deadlines.
• Strong communication skills and ability to present ideas clearly.

Responsibilities

• Edit and produce video content from various sources, owning from footage to final delivery.
• Create motion graphics and animations to illustrate product features and lifesaving tech.
• Develop original concepts and designs across campaigns, partnerships, and enablement assets.
• Design high-impact assets across digital ads, landing pages, print collateral, emails, web, and social media.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and sales teams to support brand and demand initiatives.
• Ensure visual consistency with Avive's brand identity and accessibility commitments.
• Prototype ideas using tools like Figma, Premiere, After Effects and create scalable templates.
• Streamline production with templates and motion systems to handle growing content volumes.
