The Visual Designer will create high-quality visual experiences across a diverse range of live, digital, social, presentation, print, and video projects.
This role combines strong conceptual thinking with hands-on execution, turning creative direction into clear, compelling, and polished visual assets.
You will contribute to event branding, logo development, speaker presentations, digital experiences, custom LED and projection surfaces, and large-format materials.
Working alongside creative, production, and multidisciplinary teams, you will help shape visual styles and deliverables from initial concept through completion.
The environment is fast-paced, collaborative, and project-driven, with multiple overlapping assignments and tight deadlines.
Success requires both creative flexibility and strong organizational skills to maintain quality, accuracy, and consistency across deliverables.
This is an opportunity for a versatile designer to make a visible impact on sophisticated, high-volume creative projects.

Accountabilities:
  • Independently conceptualize and produce high-quality designs for medium-complexity and high-volume projects across digital, social, mobile, print, large-format, presentations, video, LED, and projection media.
  • Develop creative concepts and visual assets from initial ideas through final production while maintaining a consistently high standard of quality.
  • Design and execute event branding, identity systems, and logo development in alignment with client and internal brand guidelines.
  • Translate creative direction into effective visual styles, layouts, graphics, and finished deliverables across multiple formats.
  • Develop speaker presentations from high-level concepts through detailed PowerPoint and Keynote designs, including effective use of templates.
  • Collaborate closely with Creative, Production, and Creative Producer teams to establish visual direction and deliver project requirements.
  • Communicate proactively with creative leads, producers, and team members regarding project progress, risks, concerns, and required adjustments.
  • Manage multiple concurrent projects and deliverables, prioritizing work effectively to meet critical deadlines without compromising quality.
  • Organize, maintain, back up, and manage shared creative assets to ensure accessibility and file integrity across the team.
  • Maintain strong technical proficiency with creative software and independently troubleshoot design and production issues when they arise.
  • Participate in internal and external creative presentations and communicate design concepts effectively to stakeholders.
  • Keep project management systems, project data, and timesheet information accurate and up to date.
  • Maintain organized workstations and efficient file-management practices.
  • Build positive, collaborative relationships while demonstrating professionalism, integrity, patience, and sound judgment when navigating creative challenges.
  • Ensure all assigned deliverables comply with established production processes, schedules, creative direction, and quality standards.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field preferred.
  • 3+ years of professional graphic design experience.
  • A strong creative portfolio demonstrating design expertise, typography, versatility, and experience across multiple media formats.
  • Extensive practical knowledge of graphic design, print design and layout, web design, and digital development.
  • Strong understanding of branding principles and the ability to apply brand guidelines consistently.
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
  • Working knowledge of generative AI design tools and their application within creative workflows.
  • Strong PowerPoint and Keynote presentation-design skills, including an understanding of templates and presentation systems.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate creative direction accurately into polished final deliverables.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder-management skills.
  • Experience working within a larger creative organization and collaborating effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
  • Ability to manage several projects and competing priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, accountability, and quality.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative creative team.
  • Comfortable adapting to changing priorities, creative requirements, and project needs.
  • Willingness to work occasional irregular hours, evenings, weekends, holidays, or on-call periods when project requirements demand it.
  • Ability to maintain timely communication through email, chat, phone, and other collaboration tools, including while working remotely or across distributed teams.
Benefits:
  • Competitive annual salary range of $74,679–$91,482, depending on location, experience, qualifications, travel requirements, and relevant skills.
  • Potential eligibility for additional compensation, including overtime, bonuses, or incentives depending on the position and circumstances.
  • Opportunity to work on diverse, high-visibility creative projects spanning events, digital media, presentations, print, video, and immersive visual environments.
  • Collaborative environment alongside creative, production, and multidisciplinary professionals.
