Mercor is seeking graphic designers with 2-3 years of professional or freelance experience, or current postgraduate design students, to support a research project with a leading AI lab. You will work on real design workflows on your Mac, helping benchmark and improve cutting-edge AI models.

Ideal candidates own a Mac, have strong skills in Photoshop/Illustrator/InDesign, branding, and typography, and can clearly explain their creative decisions.

Qualifikationen

• Must own a MacBook or Mac with Apple M-series or Intel processor, macOS 15+
• Proficiency in design tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Affinity, or Canva
• Experience with branding, layout, typography, and visual communication; a portfolio is a plus
• Currently pursuing or recently completed Masters studies, or have 2-3 years of relevant experience + Bachelors from a prestigious institution
• Ability to clearly explain your creative decisions while you work
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Responsibilities include completing and narrating real graphic design tasks on your Mac to create high-quality training data for advanced AI models
• Clearly structured responsibilities without the high pressure typically found in internships or full-time consulting roles
