The Visual Designer will play a key role in shaping and evolving the Brighton Jones brand through compelling visual storytelling. This person will bring strong design fundamentals, a digital-first mindset, and the ability to translate ideas into engaging experiences across multiple channels.
You will partner closely with teams across Marketing: Brand Strategy, Digital, Content, Community, and Experiences to create impactful work that supports business growth and deepens engagement with clients, prospects, and teammates. This role reflects the organization's desire for a designer who goes beyond traditional production design and can comfortably create across modern digital channels.
This is a broad role, but it is not an evenly broad role. Roughly how the role breaks down:
You’ll partner most closely with Marketing, Brand Strategy, and Content. The Creative Director sets priority when those pull in different directions.
Brighton Jones is entering a period of real change in how the brand is expressed. This role is not brand maintenance. You’ll help shape what comes next.
$85,000 - $100,000 per year, depending on experience, skills, and qualifications.
