Forsign Orlando Designs in Australia’s South Australia region is seeking a Visual Design Specialist to transform complex concepts into visually compelling brand assets across digital and print. You will lead layout, concept development, and visual styling while collaborating with marketing, creative, and production teams to deliver cohesive design systems.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s in graphic design or related field, 3+ years in an agency or corporate setting, and expert proficiency

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Fine Arts, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience as a visual designer, graphic designer, or brand specialist in an agency or corporate creative environment.
• Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects) and modern UI/design tools (Figma).
• Strong digital portfolio demonstrating layout composition, color theory, typography, and multi-channel brand design.
• Solid understanding of digital asset optimization, pre-press production standards, and visual design principles.
• Excellent communication, time management, and collaborative problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Design and produce visual assets across digital channels and print collateral.
• Establish and maintain brand guidelines, visual style keys, and typography standards.
• Collaborate with marketing strategists, copywriters, and content teams to translate briefs into concepts.
• Prepare, audit, and optimize design files for digital deployment and print production.
• Conduct visual design QA across digital assets and interactive platforms.
• Stay current with visual trends, tools, and emerging brand aesthetics.
