Accenture Song is seeking a Visual Design Manager to steer the visual direction across engagements, combining conceptual craftsmanship with hands-on production. You will collaborate with client delivery, business development, and people & practice development to elevate design across brand identities, design systems, and digital experiences.

Qualifications

7+ years of experience in Visual Design across industries, brands, platforms, and contexts.
4+ years leading visual design engagements end-to-end, with brand identities, design systems, typography, motion, and UI.
3+ years managing or coaching visual designers, in cross-functional, agile environments.

Responsibilities

Lead visual design direction on engagements from concept through delivery, ensuring quality and timeliness.
Translate briefs, brand strategy, and user insights into compelling visual languages.
Define creative direction while staying hands-on and producing high-quality output with the team.
Lead client discussions, present visual strategy, and guide decisions under pressure.
Incorporate AI tools to accelerate concepting, iteration, and production.
