TP-Link Systems Inc. is seeking a UI/Visual Design Lead to elevate visual quality and interaction consistency across our digital product ecosystem, including mobile apps, web apps, and device interfaces.

You will define and drive visual language, establish UI standards, and lead the expansion of a scalable design system across multiple product lines while collaborating with UX, product, and engineering teams to deliver cohesive interfaces.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of UI/visual design experience, required.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality UI design across mobile and web applications.
• Expertise in typography, color, layout, and visual systems.
• Strong understanding of interaction design and micro-interactions.
• Experience building and maintaining design systems at scale.
• Proficiency with Figma and modern design workflows.
• Experience collaborating closely with engineering teams.
• Bachelor's degree, required.

About the role:

We are looking for a UI / Visual Design Lead to elevate the visual quality and interaction consistency across TP-Link's digital product ecosystem, including mobile apps, web apps, and device interfaces.

This role will define and drive visual language, interaction patterns, and UI standards across all digital touchpoints, ensuring a cohesive and high-quality user experience at scale.

You will work across multiple product lines (Tapo, Deco, Omada) and collaborate closely with UX, product, and engineering teams to bring clarity, consistency, and craft to every interface.

Requirements

Basic Qualifications

8+ years of UI/visual design experience, required

Strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality UI design across mobile and web applications

Expertise in typography, color, layout, and visual systems

Strong understanding of interaction design and micro-interactions

Experience building and maintaining design systems at scale

Proficiency with Figma and modern design workflows

Experience collaborating closely with engineering teams

Bachelor's degree, required

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in consumer technology, smart home, or IoT ecosystems

Experience working across app + web + platform ecosystems

Strong understanding of responsive and adaptive design

Experience working with global and distributed teams

Familiarity with front-end constraints (HTML/CSS, component-based development)

Experience aligning UI design with brand systems
