Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in visual design across multiple industries, brand types, platforms, and contexts.
  • Experience contributing to visual design engagements end-to-end, from concept and visual strategy through to production-ready delivery.
  • Proficiency in creating brand identities, design systems, typography, motion, illustration, and digital UI with a growing visual voice.
  • Ability to deliver high-fidelity visuals with pixel-perfect deliverables and developer-ready specifications.
  • Experience providing feedback and informal guidance to junior designers to help others develop their craft.
  • Experience in agile, cross-functional environments collaborating with product designers, product managers, engineers, and strategists.
  • Foundation in UX principles that informs visual design decisions and expresses a coherent brand point of view.
  • Experience contributing to scalable design systems that ensure visual consistency across products and channels.
  • Comfort using AI tools in design practice for concepting, mood-boarding, and rapid iteration; openness to evolving AI-enabled workflows.
  • Hands-on experience with design tools like Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and relevant motion, illustration, or AI design tools.
  • Strong communication skills and client-facing presence; ability to present design rationale and participate in creative discussions with stakeholders.
