Job summary

FASTSIGNS of Englewood is seeking a Visual Communications Specialist to join our growing center. You will be the primary contact for customers, handle phones and emails, survey client sites, and help coordinate sign projects from estimate to delivery.

We emphasize a customer-focused culture and teamwork. The role offers $19–$20 hourly, full-time hours, health insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid vacation.

Qualifications

• 1 to 3 years in a customer service, sales, or project management role is preferred.
• Prior sign and graphics experience is a bonus!

Responsibilities

• Being the primary person who is answering phones, responding to email inquiries, and assisting clients who visit our center in person.
• Visiting your client's place of business to survey for sign placement, measurements, and to help suggest solutions when needed.
• Offering creative solutions to customers' visual communications challenges.
• Writing estimates, suggesting solutions, and processing orders for your clients.
• Managing your projects through all phases of the process (estimating, follow-up, design, permitting, production, quality control, and installation/delivery).
