Job summary

FASTSIGNS Greenccastle is seeking a Visual Communication Specialist to join our team. You will be the initial contact for customers and help prepare estimates, manage work orders, and ensure timely delivery of finished products.

You will collaborate in daily team meetings, contribute to marketing and business plans, and engage with customers in multiple channels to build lasting relationships. Graphic design knowledge is a plus as you support sign projects.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of retail or counter sales experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Outgoing, responsive, eager to learn, and able to build relationships.

Responsibilities

• Be the initial contact with current and prospective customers.
• Learn to prepare estimates, implement work orders, and ensure timely delivery of finished orders.
• Participate in daily team meetings and support business and marketing plans.
• Interact with customers via email, phone, in-person, or on-site at their place of business.
• Build long-lasting relationships by turning prospects into long-term clients.
