J.Crew Group in Corte Madera, CA is seeking a Visual Associate to create inviting store environments. You will design compelling window displays and merchandise layouts, maintain presentation standards, and support the team in daily store operations.

You’ll collaborate with management to place products, rotate stock, and deliver exceptional customer experiences on nights, weekends, and holidays, while embracing the brand’s classic American style.

Job Summary

As a Visual Associate, you'll curate an inviting store environment with meticulous attention to detail. Responsibilities include setting up compelling window displays and merchandise layouts that engage and retain customers. You'll help team members learn our presentation standards both in front of house and back of house. You will also contribute to an inclusive workplace centered on product passion and exceptional customer experiences.

Hourly Range: $17.50 - $22.50
