Job summary

The Joint Chiropractic is seeking a dedicated Chiropractor to join our Vista clinic in a full-time capacity, with availability across Sundays through Saturdays. The role emphasizes delivering high-quality routine chiropractic care in a convenient retail setting and provides the support of a large network.

Salary ranges from $85,000 to $95,000, with company-paid malpractice insurance and comprehensive benefits including health, dental, vision, 401(k) with match, PTO, and license renewal

Qualifications

• Doctor of Chiropractic (D.C.) degree from an accredited college.
• Valid DC license in the applicable state.
• Passing scores for NBCE Parts I-IV or recent SPEC exam.
• Eligibility for malpractice insurance.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Consult with patients by reviewing health and medical histories, examining, and evaluating neuromusculoskeletal systems.
• Perform manual adjustments to the spine and other joints to correct musculoskeletal conditions.
• Educate patients on the benefits of routine chiropractic care and recommend treatment plans.
• Maintain accurate and timely patient records.
• Arrange for diagnostic imaging when medically necessary and analyze results.
• Build positive doctor-patient relationships.
• Support membership sales through care-focused conversations.
