Qualifications

• Demonstrated Board relations, labor relations, personnel leadership, and staff development.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the district's chief executive officer and trusted advisor to the Board of Education.
• Provide visionary leadership for secondary career-technical education, academic instruction, and district operations.
• Lead partnerships with associate districts, employers, workforce agencies, and postsecondary institutions.
• Oversee strategic planning, enrollment growth, program development, and facilities projects.
• Maintain fiscal stewardship and align resources with priorities and student needs.
• Recruit, develop, and retain qualified staff while fostering a positive, student-centered culture.
• Communicate clearly and transparently with the Board, staff, students, families, and the public.
