Qualifications

• Valid Pennsylvania Administrative Certificate (Principal K–12 or equivalent).
• Preferred minimum of five (5) years of successful classroom teaching experience, preferably at the secondary.
• Minimum of three (3) years of successful experience as an Assistant Principal or comparable administrative role.
• Demonstrated knowledge of secondary curriculum, graduation requirements, scheduling, student discipline, and extracurricular.
• Demonstrated knowledge of instructional technology and data.

• Develops and sustains a shared vision for teaching, learning, and continuous improvement aligned with district priorities and secondary education.
• Establishes and maintains a safe, respectful, and inclusive school culture that promotes student responsibility and equity for all.
• Leads school-wide improvement initiatives related to achievement, attendance, behavior, and graduation.
• Supervises and evaluates departmentalized instructional programs aligned with standards and district goals.
• Uses multiple data sources to inform instructional decisions and monitor progress toward graduation.
