Qualifications

• Minimum five years of progressively responsible experience in academic administration.
• A record of teaching, scholarship, and service that merits appointment at the full professor level.
• An earned doctorate or other appropriate terminal degree from an accredited institution.
• Experience with program growth and accreditation processes.
• Demonstrated financial acumen with budget control.

Responsibilities

• Provide vision and oversight of all aspects of academic life at USJ.
• Foster positive relationships among faculty, staff, and students.
• Extend partnerships with regional healthcare, corporate, and social service entities.
• Lead strategic planning and drive complex, time-sensitive initiatives.
