Strong Tower Church is seeking a Next Gen Director to provide vision, leadership, and pastoral oversight for Middle School, High School, and Young Adult ministries. You will recruit and train volunteers, empower parents, and partner with church leadership to align with the church mission.

The role involves developing a unified discipleship pathway, oversight of programs, and ensuring safe, engaging environments that foster spiritual growth for the next generation.

Formación

• Evidence of strong leadership and teamwork.

• Strong relational and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Provide vision, strategy, and leadership for Next Generation ministries (MS/HS/Young Adults).
• Recruit, train, and lead volunteer teams; partner with parents to disciple the next generation.
• Oversee ministry environments to be engaging, biblically sound, safe, and relationally strong.
• Develop a discipleship pathway and ensure alignment with church mission and culture.
• Manage ministry budgets and calendars; uphold safety policies and procedures.
