Qualifications

• Rhode Island Building Administrator Certificate PK-12 or ability to obtain one required.
• Master's Degree in Education required.
• Minimum of five years of teaching experience required.
• Prior school administrator experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set vision and priorities for the school.
• Provide supervision, training and coaching to staff.
• Lead observation, feedback, and evaluation for all staff.
• Promote data-driven decision-making and progress celebration.
• Ensure implementation of classroom and restorative approaches to student behavior.
• Foster growth mindset and asset-based community.
• Facilitate professional learning communities and professional development.
• Support goal setting and progress monitoring for students and staff.
• Oversee access to a full elementary program and graduation progression.
• Collaborate with district roles to ensure educational access.
