Jonathan Edwards Classical Academy in Nashville, TN, seeks a dynamic Head of School to lead a K–12 classical Christian education program with a mission-driven culture. The role reports to the Board of Directors and partners with the Assistant Head of School, faculty leads, admissions, and governance bodies.

The Head of School will steer strategic initiatives, oversee academic rigor, drive enrollment growth, and cultivate major donor relationships to secure a sustainable future for JECA.

Formación

• Proven leadership of a K–12 classical Christian school.
• Experience with accreditation and governance processes.
• Strong fundraising and donor-development background.
• Ability to collaborate with a board and develop senior leadership.

Responsabilidades

• Provide strategic leadership and establish a mission-driven culture.
• Lead faculty development, program quality, and classroom observation framework.
• Drive enrollment growth and family retention efforts.
• Oversee advancement activities and donor cultivation.
• Oversee financial stewardship and operational integrity.
