Job summary

Avir Health Group is seeking a qualified Director of Nursing (DON) to join our family and lead a high-performing clinical team. The DON is responsible for the overall clinical management of the facility and ensuring compassionate, compliant care.

The role requires a Texas RN license, CPR certification, and at least one year in a supervisory capacity in a hospital or skilled nursing setting. We offer competitive pay, 401k with match, company-paid holidays and PTO, and family health insurance.

Qualifications

• Valid Texas RN license.
• Valid CPR certification.
• Minimum of one year of supervisory experience in a hospital, skilled nursing facility, or other related healthcare program.
• Knowledge of long-term care regulatory standards as set forth in the Federal Register, Conditions of Participation and State regulations.
