Nemours Children’s Health, Jacksonville, seeks a Division Chief of Pediatric Otolaryngology and Audiology to lead a growing, mission-driven clinical division. The leader will design a strategic vision, expand high-quality services, and foster training, research, and scholarship across Nemours and its academic partners.

With Mayo Clinic and academic affiliations at UF and USF, the role emphasizes recruitment, mentorship, and preparation of future leaders.

Formación

• Experience leading pediatric otolaryngology programs or divisions.
• Proven ability to recruit and develop faculty and staff.
• Strong track record in strategic planning, program development, and跨-disciplinary collaboration.

Responsabilidades

• Provide strategic leadership for the division and set clinical, educational, and research priorities.
• Expand high-quality clinical services and advocate for patient-centered care across Nemours and partner hospitals.
• Recruit, mentor, and prepare faculty for leadership roles and succession planning.
• Promote research, training, and scholarly activities in collaboration with Mayo Clinic and academic affiliates.
