Qualifications

• MD or MD/PhD with board certification in pediatric pulmonology.
• Ability to obtain State of Ohio Medical Board licensure.
• Rank of associate or full professor with eligibility for affiliated faculty appointment.
• Strong national & international reputation in pediatric pulmonology.
• Track record of implementing new initiatives in academic medicine and clinical care.
• Demonstrated leadership, people management, and planning.
• Sustained excellence in research, clinical care, or mentorship.
• Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations.
• Experience in a complex academic medical setting.
• Collaborative leadership style across divisions and health system.
