Job description

Sacred Heart Parish is seeking an energetic, creative, and faith-filled leader to serve as Director of a new after-school faith formation program for students attending a local charter school in the City of Camden.

This first-of-its-kind initiative in the Diocese of Camden will expand access to Catholic education and provide faith-based learning opportunities for Catholic and non-Catholic students in kindergarten through eighth grade. The program will offer a welcoming environment in which children can grow in their knowledge of God, develop strong values, and learn to serve others with compassion and respect.

The ideal candidate will have experience in Catholic education, religious formation, youth ministry, school administration, or a related field. The candidate should possess strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills, along with the ability to recruit and inspire a dedicated team.
