Qualifications

• Five (5) years of progressively responsible administrative leadership in higher education.
• Master’s degree from an accredited college or university.
• Commitment to equity, inclusion, and shared governance within a California community college district.

Responsabilités

• Provide visionary and strategic leadership for the College aligned with the Peralta District.
• Lead institutional planning and transformation to strengthen student success and educational excellence.
• Oversee academic, student services, administrative, and operational functions.
• Develop and maintain a sustainable fiscal framework and responsible stewardship of resources.
• Foster equity, collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
