The successful candidate will collaborate with parish leadership, faculty, and families to set strategic goals, supervise staff, manage budgets, and ensure compliance with diocesan and state requirements, fostering excellence and faith formation.

Qualifications

• Must be a practicing Catholic with commitment to Catholic education.
• Minimum three years of classroom teaching experience.
• Willing to obtain General Administrative Endorsement if not held.
• Strong leadership, budgeting, and school operations experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide visionary leadership for the school’s academic, spiritual, and operational life.
• Collaborate with pastor, trustees, Advisory Council, faculty, and staff to set goals and initiatives.
• Oversee daily operations: curriculum, scheduling, student discipline, facilities, budgeting, policies.
• Recruit, supervise, mentor, and evaluate faculty and staff; foster professional growth and excellence.
• Build relationships with students, families, parishioners, and community partners.
• Ensure compliance with diocesan policies and Illinois requirements.
