Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required in one of the listed fields.
• Seven years of progressively responsible landscape and grounds experience, with at least two years in a supervisory role.
• Equivalency/substitution allows 11 years of combined education and related experience, with up to four years substituting for a degree.

Responsibilities

• Oversee care, stewardship, and enhancement of campus landscapes and grounds across the Norman campus.
• Provide strategic, operational, and administrative leadership for landscape and grounds services, including planning, maintenance, and long-term development.
• Develop standards, manage resources and budgets, and ensure safety, compliance, and environmental stewardship across projects.

Education

Bachelor's degree in horticulture, plant and soil sciences, agriculture, landscape management, landscape architecture, environmental science, construction management, public administration, business administration, facilities management, or a related field
