Job summary

Apple Inc. is seeking a System Engineering Program Manager (EPM) for the Vision Pro program in California.

You will partner with system engineering, electrical, mechanical, algorithm and software teams to define and develop highly optimized hardware products and oversee cross-functional development of requirements. You will drive architecture decisions, coordinate validation plans, manage tradeoffs, and ensure alignment with customer experience.

Qualifications

• BS/MS in EE/CE/CS/ME or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ yrs hardware engineering experience in consumer electronics.
• 5+ yrs of project management experience across architecture, integration, validation.
• Strong understanding of consumer electronics system architectures.
• Proactive, self-motivated with strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Drive cross-functional development of requirements and validation plans at product/system/module levels.
• Identify critical questions and organize teams to find efficient answers.
• Explain impacts of technical decisions on customer experience clearly.
• Resolve architectural/integration gaps to feed into future builds.
