Job summary

Visionworks Optical Specialist/Retail Sales Associate in New Jersey is the friendly face of our stores, guiding patients through eyewear choices and vision services with warmth and confidence. You’ll help customers look great and see great, delivering the best possible journey in a fast-paced retail environment.

This part-time role focuses on achieving daily sales goals, delivering excellent Customer/Patient experiences, and maintaining up-to-date product knowledge through training.

Qualifications

• 1 Related customer or patient experience preferred, but not necessary.
• HS diploma, GED or equivalent related job experience.

Responsibilities

• Delivers daily sales goals by ensuring the best execution of the Customer/Patient Experience journey.
• Engage with patients/customers and recommend products and services that meet their eye care needs.
• Measure patients/customers for their eyewear and maintain product/optical knowledge through training.
• Execute day-to-day operational activities to support store goals including restocking and order fulfillment.
