Job summary

ITandT BTS is seeking an experienced corporate travel agent to handle reservation requests remotely. You will communicate with clients and vendors via email and phone in a highly professional manner, delivering service excellence throughout the travel lifecycle.

Responsibilities include managing reservations via Sabre GDS and Concur, researching fares/rates online, and ensuring accuracy and efficiency. A minimum of five years of corporate travel experience and a high school diploma or equivalent

Qualifications

• 5 years of corporate travel reservation experience.
• Proficient in Sabre GDS and Concur.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Experienced corporate travel agent, communicating with clients and vendors via both email as well as phone and doing so in a highly professional manner
• Must be able to work in an environment where teamwork is essential

• Must be flexible and able to work under pressure
• Position can be virtual or at the ITandT BTS corporate headquarters located in Malvern, PA
