Job summary

Tier1usa seeks a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist for remote contract work providing teletherapy across school-based settings. You’ll participate in IEP meetings, deliver teletherapy sessions, and collaborate with onsite school personnel.

A CCC-SLP and active state license required; remote work across time zones offered with flexible scheduling and reliable tech setup. Remote role with a focus on collaboration, documentation, and student rapport in multiple school districts.

Qualifications

• Active state license as an SLP.
• ASHA CCC-SLP credential.
• 1 year of school-based experience including a CFY, or 2 years total clinical experience.
• Schedule flexibility to work across time zones.
• Owns a reliable personal computer and basic tech setup.

Responsibilities

• Provide speech-language teletherapy.
• Participate in IEP meetings.
• Collaborate with onsite school personnel and build rapport with students.
• You’ll be paid for direct and indirect time (documentation, meetings, etc.).

What you’ll do

About you

Active state license as an SLP

ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)

1 year of school-based experience including a Clinical Fellowship Year, or 2 years of total clinical experience including a Clinical Fellowship Year

Schedule flexibility and interest in working across time zones

Owns a reliable personal computer

Working knowledge of technology, such as headphones and personal computers

Our clinicians can choose to work as little as 5 hours per week or work up to 40: All availability will be considered within typical school-based hours

Compensation is $40-55 per hour. Pay rate is determined based on experience and market conditions

You’ll be paid for both direct and indirect time (Example: Indirect includes specific documentation, attending IEP meetings, and more)
