Job summary

The Menta Group is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to support students under IEPs at our CORE Academy program. This full-time, salaried position follows a 10-month school calendar and runs Monday to Friday from 8:00 a.m.

to 3:30 p.m., aligning with the Illinois educational schedule. The role requires an ASHA-credible Master’s degree, an active IDFPR license, and a CCC is preferred though CFY is welcomed.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an ASHA-accredited program.
• Current Speech-Language Pathology license from IDFPR.
• CCC certification preferred; CFY welcomed.

Responsibilities

• Provide educational direction and support for students at times of confusion, frustration & emotional upset.
• Develop and update IEP goals and progress reports for student caseload.
• Provide Speech-Language related service minutes as dictated on the IEP.
• Maintain accurate related service logs updated weekly.

Job description

As a Speech-Language Pathologist with The Menta Group, you will work with students to provide speech-language assistance in accordance with the students’ IEP’s.

Full-Time, Salaried Position, M-F, following a 10 Month School Calendar

Hours 8 a.m. to 3:30 pm, Mon-Fri

• Provide educational direction and support for students at times of confusion, frustration & emotional upset.
• Develop and update IEP goals and progress reports for student caseload.
• Provide Speech-Language related service minutes as dictated on the IEP.
• Maintain accurate related service logs updated weekly.
• Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an ASHA accredited university program.
• Current Speech-Language Pathology license from IDFPR
• Clinical Competency Certification (CCC) preferred, but Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) welcomed.
