Jabbergym, Inc. is hiring a part-time Speech-Language Pathologist to provide therapy in K-12 school settings in Sacramento, CA. You will conduct formal assessments, develop treatment plans, and deliver direct therapy to improve communication skills.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology required or in progress for CFY/CF candidates.
• DOJ/FBI Livescan background check and TB clearance required.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States.

Responsabilités

• Conduct formalized and dynamic assessments to determine educational eligibility and functioning level.
• Develop and maintain compliant IEPs and participate in multidisciplinary meetings.
• Coordinate treatment plans with interdisciplinary team members to support educational benefits.
• Provide direct therapy and mentor SLPA supervision where applicable.
• Document therapy notes and progress with accurate data.

We offer services across clinic, early intervention, and school-based settings, giving you the opportunity to broaden your skills and discover your passion.Why Join Us:· Enjoy summers and holidays without sacrificing financial stability· Earn up to 12 FREE CEUs per year· License and CEU reimbursements· Dedicated mentorship and training tailored to new grads· Collaborative, growth-focused work environment· Manageable caseloads and flexible scheduling· Opportunity to make a meaningful impact on children’s livesSpeech Language Pathologist Key Responsibilities:· Conduct compliant formalized and dynamic assessments to determine educational eligibility and level of functioning· Complete observations, evaluations, annual reviews, and triennial assessments· Develop and maintain compliant IEPs and participate in multidisciplinary team meetings· Develop and coordinate treatment plans with interdisciplinary team members to support educational benefit· Consult and collaborate with team members and families to maximize generalization of communication skills· May oversee and support Speech Language Pathologist Assistants (SLPAs), including supervision and professional development support· Maintain accurate documentation of therapy notes, assessment data, and student progress· Utilize research-based data collection and reporting practices· Coordinate time off requests during school breaks to minimize disruption to student servicesSpeech-Language Pathologist Qualifications:· Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders· Clinical Fellows and licensed SLPs encouraged to apply· DOJ/FBI Livescan background check and TB clearance required· Must be eligible to work in the United States· Strong organizational, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills· Knowledge of evidence-based practices and special education programs preferred· Excellent written and verbal communication skills in EnglishSpeech Language Pathologist Physical Demands:· Occasional exposure to dust, pollen, and fumes· Frequent standing, walking, reaching, handling, and lifting up to 50 lbs, with or without reasonable accommodations· Ability to perform essential job functions in moderate to high noise environments, with or without accommodationsAbout Jabbergym – Point Quest Group:At Jabbergym, we specialize in helping new graduate Clinical Fellows thrive.
