Parallel is seeking expert Speech-Language Pathologists to deliver high-impact, personalized teletherapy for students with learning differences. Join a mission-focused team providing IEP-aligned sessions, comprehensive evaluations, and data-driven progress reporting.

Ideal candidates hold CCC-SLP, Missouri licensure, and 1+ year school-based IEP experience, with Medicaid billing knowledge and strong communication skills.

Qualificações

• CCC-SLP from ASHA is required.
• Active Missouri SLP license.
• Minimum 1 year full-time school-based IEP therapy experience (2+ preferred).
• Experience with IEP process and evaluation reporting.
• Medicaid billing experience is a plus.
• Strong communication and rapport with diverse students.
• Proficient in virtual telehealth and digital documentation.
• Available during standard school hours 8am–4pm.
• Multilingual abilities are a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Provide student-centered, IEP-aligned virtual speech therapy sessions.
• Conduct comprehensive speech-language evaluations leveraging Parallel’s Clinical Test Library and Report Writer.
• Partner with multidisciplinary teams to design, monitor, and refine IEPs.
• Participate in IEP meetings and provide case management for Speech Only students.
• Track session data and student progress for IEP consultations.
• Develop detailed, goal-oriented progress reports for each cycle.
• Deliver state-specific services including AAC support and SLPA supervision.
