Job summary

Ampersand Therapy LLC is seeking a Virtual Speech Language Pathologist to cover a long-term leave in Wisconsin. This full-time, 35-hour workweek position is open to virtual SLPs, with licensure and CCC requirements and a focus on school-based service delivery.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology required.
• Valid Wisconsin DPI Speech and Language Pathologist License required.
• CCC certification required (CCC-SLP).
• School-based or pediatric setting experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide speech therapy services in the school setting.
• Develop and implement IEP goals and therapy plans.
• Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with school teams.
• Partner with teachers and families to support carryover of skills.
• Maintain timely documentation, progress notes, and compliance records.
• Monitor student progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
