Responsibilities

• Provide direct supervision to staff in delivering patient care.
• Assign and direct clinical staff to meet patient needs based on competency.
• Monitor patient care and review labs; report abnormal findings to physicians.
• Coordinate bed control and patient throughput.
• Supervise non-clinical department activities and communicate with the Director.
