Job summary

Parsley Health is seeking a board-certified MD/DO to join as a full-time virtual Physician in a four-day-per-week schedule with six hours of patient care per day and one day for labs and admin. You will see patients through a HIPAA-compliant telemedicine platform and collaborate with a care team to optimize health outcomes.

The role emphasizes high-growth, tech-enabled primary care with opportunities in health outcomes research and platform improvement.

Qualifications

• MD or DO license required.
• Board certification (or eligible) in internal medicine, family medicine, or other primary care fields.
• 3+ years of primary care experience via telemedicine or in-person.
• 2+ years of clinical practice post-residency.
• 2+ years of experience practicing functional medicine.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Desire to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth, high-tech environment.
• Passion for personal health and the health of others.

Responsibilities

• See patients via telemedicine using the provided platform.
• Provide excellent, personalized patient care per practice guidelines.
• Work with a care team including Health Coach to optimize outcomes.
• Oversee medical staff and assign aspects of care.
• Provide mentorship to non-Physician staff.
• Participate in patient care program development.
• Assist in resolving patient inquiries and requests.
• Complete online charts timely and accurately.
• Follow organizational policies and protocols.
• Represent Parsley Health in local and broader communities.
