Compensation is per visit: $35 per completed consult (1099, commission-based), equating to about $105/hour for standard 20-minute visits and up to $210/hour for shorter visit times, with top earners reaching $260K+ annually.

Qualifications

• Active medical license in at least five U.S. states.
• Experience in telehealth or high-volume in-person practice.
• Ability to work at least 15 hours weekly across at least four days.
• Strong communication skills and a commitment to clinical excellence.
• Comfort with telemedicine platforms and EMRs (training provided).
• Active DEA registration and CSL where required.
• Genuine interest in expanding access to care, especially in underserved communities.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional virtual care, including patient assessments and history reviews.
• Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care and build doctor-patient relationships.
• Order and interpret labs as needed to support treatment decisions.
• Prescribe medications and provide guidance on proper use (no C- sustancias except buprenorphine for MOUD).
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and support staff to ensure comprehensive care.
• Maintain accurate medical documentation for continuity of care.
• Stay current with telehealth innovations and best practices.
