Job summary

Little Otter, part of Hazel Health, is expanding access to pediatric mental health care nationwide. As a Little Otter clinician, you’ll provide virtual, evidence-based therapy to children and families within a structured care model, supported by Hazel Health.

You will conduct assessments, create individualized treatment plans, and monitor progress using standardized measures, while collaborating with caregivers and an interdisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Master’s-level therapist licensed in California (LMFT, LCSW, LPCC, or equivalent).
• Clinical experience providing psychotherapy to children and families.
• Experience treating common pediatric mental health conditions with evidence-based approaches.
• Strong diagnostic and assessment skills.
• Comfortable delivering care virtually and using technology in clinical practice.
• Interest in measurement-informed care and outcomes tracking.

Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based virtual therapy to children, adolescents, and families using a whole-family approach.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver high-quality clinical care.
• Utilize measurement-based care and standardized assessments to guide treatment planning and monitor progress.
• Partner with caregivers to build skills, support treatment goals, and improve outcomes.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team to deliver coordinated, patient-centered care.
• Assess and respond to safety concerns in accordance with clinical best practices and organizational protocols.
• Maintain timely, accurate clinical documentation and comply with applicable licensing, ethical, and regulatory standards.

Education
