Job summary

Tivity Health seeks a senior fitness educator to develop, administer, and deliver training programs for instructors and members across the US. You will lead diverse formats, create aging-focused wellness content, and manage in-person and virtual programs.

Role requires 4+ years’ fitness education experience, ACE/AFAA/NASM/ACSM certifications, strong communication, and proficiency with MS Office and Zoom. Occasional travel and weekend work may be needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in education, training, health, wellness, or related field preferred.
• Group Exercise or personal training certification through ACE, AFAA, NASM, or ACSM required.
• 4+ years’ experience as a fitness professional or educator.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and video-conferencing tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop, administer and deliver fitness instructor training and programs.
• Lead and demonstrate diverse fitness formats for members and staff.
• Create wellness content, choreography, and training methods for older adults.
• Deliver training in-person and virtually.
• Script and produce fitness videos for online platforms.
• Demonstrate leadership and teaching across venues; provide excellent customer service.
• Support national initiatives and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Mentor fitness leaders and conduct quality assurance evaluations.
