4100 Newton-Wellesley Hospital in Newton, MA is seeking a Patient Care Associate (PCA) to assist under the supervision of a registered nurse. You will support clinical tasks to help maintain a safe, compassionate patient care environment within an interdisciplinary team.
The role requires CNA, PCT, MA, or EMT certification or commensurate experience; nursing students may qualify through the PCA Training Program, with preference for BSN or direct-entry masters programs for students.

Under the direction of a registered/licensed nurse (RN), the Patient Care Associate (PCA) as a member of the interdisciplinary health care team assists in clinical support functions to promote a safe, compassionate patient care environment.
