Job summary

Soliant is seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist to provide 100% remote services to K-12 students across Minnesota. This role offers flexible scheduling and the chance to impact student communication and academic success from home.

Applicants must hold a Master’s in SLP, an active Minnesota license, and ideally CCC-SLP. Prior school-based experience is preferred and collaboration with teachers and families is essential for IEP goals.

Qualifications

  • Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field.
  • Active Minnesota SLP license.
  • CCC-SLP (ASHA) preferred; school-based experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Provide 100% remote SLP services to K-12 students.
  • Conduct assessments and evaluations.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and special education teams.
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to goal development.
  • Monitor progress and adjust therapy strategies as needed.
  • Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with district/state requirements.
