Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, or related field (CAC/CCMHC/NCC certification also acceptable).
  • Preferred state licensure (LCSW/LMFT/LPC or equivalent).
  • Minimum 1 year experience/practicum in treatment (group/individual therapy).
  • Experience with EHR systems.
  • Strong understanding of treatment modalities and therapeutic interventions.
  • Knowledge of DSM-V criteria; work with diverse populations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, problem-solving, interpersonal and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct detailed clinical assessments to determine level of care.
  • Provide virtual individual, group, and family therapy using evidence-based techniques.
  • Coordinate care with psychiatrists, social workers, and primary care providers.
  • Manage documentation and treatment plans with timely records.
  • Educate patients and families about conditions, options, and coping strategies.
  • Attend supervision monthly and collaborate on care strategies.
  • Coordinate weekly marketing initiatives to engage target audiences.
