Job summary

Innovative Network of Knowledge seeks an experienced K-12 School Counselor to support academic planning, transcripts, and college/career readiness in a virtual learning environment.

You will collaborate with students, families, and educators to create individualized academic plans, monitor progress, and guide postsecondary pathways while ensuring FERPA compliance and data integrity for a diverse virtual student body.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in School Counseling, Education or related field.
• Texas K-12 School Counselor certification required.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in education.
• Strong remote communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide academic planning and advising for K-12 students.
• Maintain transcripts, GPA calculations and course placements.
• Coordinate dual enrollment and collaborate with higher ed partners.
• Support college, career and life readiness activities.
• Collaborate with teachers, coaches and families; ensure FERPA compliance.
